Begin with strengths, interests, communication and what makes learning possible. A respectful conversation is the first step towards understanding the support you are seeking.

Families are partners
The learner’s voice and the family’s understanding help us ask better questions and build a more complete educational picture.
We can discuss the educational need, support options and whether an EEG service is appropriate. This includes clarifying the role of the commissioner or funder where provision is being considered.
Educational screening, teaching and clinical diagnosis are different activities. We will clarify the scope of the support being discussed rather than suggest one service can answer every question.
Focused support for families
Choose the question you need help with. These routes are distinct from commissioned tuition, and each needs an agreed scope and suitable practitioner.
